1. How do I cancel my order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us, mentioning your order ID.

 - If we receive your cancellation request before we have dispatched your order, we will refund the entire amount within 10 working days of date of cancellation.

 - If we receive your cancellation request AFTER your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

 - We ship COD orders only after confirmation from the customer, hence we do not accept cancellations at any time after order dispatch.

2. Do you ship internationally?

No,currently we are not shipping internationally. But u can mail us at praptihandicrafts@gmail.com about your requirement.we can discuss further about it.

3. What is your shipping policy?

Currently we are shipping all over PAN India.Free shipping on all prepaid orders.For FREE COD shipping for Orders above 1000 INR

A shipping charge of INR 80 is levied otherwise for orders less than 1000 INR.

4. Is there any shop where I can personally visit?

NO,currently we have not.Right now we sell online only.
